Free Sample

We offer a free sample design concept before any payment is required. This sample remains the property of HelloMarkup until a service agreement is signed and payment is received. You may not use, publish, or distribute the sample design without entering into a paid agreement.

Subscription Services

Billing

Our website services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your website will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months
• You may request a copy of your website files and content

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply to the next billing cycle.

Your Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Supply content, images, and materials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on designs within reasonable timeframes
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide
• Maintain accurate billing information
• Use the website for lawful purposes only

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide (text, images, logos, etc.). By providing content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

Our Work

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the website design we create for you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Assets

Websites may include third-party assets (fonts, icons, stock images) subject to their own licenses. We will inform you of any licensing requirements.

Website Hosting

Websites are hosted on our servers or through our hosting partners. We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HelloMarkup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HelloMarkup, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to our business or other clients.
